At eXcellerate, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our software and related services. By using our software and services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. You will be supplied with a system login to the secure area under the terms of this policy and this login will have access to our software services and a range of Microsoft services.

If identifying information is supplied by your employing company, it will be anonymised for processing and storage, and can only be viewed by yourself and your employer under the terms of this Policy. If your employing company has specific contractual criteria with regard to the information, then your employers’ contractual requirements will apply to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) – e.g. location of at rest data and encryption of at rest data.

If Identifying Information is supplied by you it will be encrypted in transmission and at rest, and the database will be stored in the cloud at Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services – These are state of the art data protection services with encryption, auto-backup, anti-virus, anti-hacking protections, penetration testing and logging of all attempts to access.

When you use our software and related services, we may collect the following:

· If additional services are requested by you – Contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number.

· If additional services are purchased by you – Payment information such as your credit card number, billing address, and payment.

· Mining Pool information such as your pool username and password

· Device information such as your IP address, device type, and operating system. We use this information to make sure that our software is fully functional on Computer, iPad and phone types that are utilising the software as they all have different layout and visual requirements.

· Usage information such as the frequency and duration of your use of our software and services so that we can provide fast user friendly services by understanding the level of data storage required and the level of processing power that we need and when.

· Our applications do not access or track any location-based information from your device.

· PII may be deleted upon request in line with International Standards and Laws.

How We Use Your Information

· Customize and personalize your experience with our software and services.

Whilst no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100.000% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security, we are using the latest benchmark protection systems, anonymising what data we can and minimising the information that we collect to de-risk the process.
